La Tejana goes above and beyond to pay homage to the humble mom-and-pop taco shops, food trucks, and trailers scattered all over the Rio Grande Valley, the true birthplace of the breakfast taco. Everything we make is honest, straightforward, and made from scratch. Every single taco is served on a house-made flour tortilla. Our cage-free eggs are sourced from local farms and cracked, whisked, and scrambled fresh every day. Our view is that if you’re not willing to put in the effort to create the best possible version of a breakfast taco, why even try?
